Responsibilities
- Gain product knowledge across our suite of offerings
- Design meaningful and purpose-driven end‑to‑end experiences that inform and guide customers toward the right product for their small business
- Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to drive results toward business objectives while maintaining a positive mindset
- Be proactive in seeking new knowledge and connections with marketing partners
- Apply a systems mindset, knowing how to leverage and uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels
- Participate in customer research and qualitative testing to inform meaningful customer experience design for the web and beyond
- Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
- Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research
- Lead and work on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a design‑related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing‑related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impact
- A deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful through web, email, and in‑product marketing funnels
- Strong business acumen and experience in partnering directly with marketers and other designers
- Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices
- Advanced experience with Figma including component libraries, optimizing and exporting assets
- Working knowledge of content management systems
- Curiosity and commitment to new ideas and innovating to drive business results
- Powerful communication and presentation skills
- Explaining design rationale concisely and effectively
- A dazzling portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process
