Responsibilities

• Develop engaging scripts, outlines, and storyboards for long‑form YouTube vlogs and short‑form vertical content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
• Craft compelling "hooks" and narrative arcs to maximize viewer retention.
• Research trending topics and viral formats to keep our IP content fresh and relevant.
• Production support (on‑set): assist the lead videographer during shoots (setup, lighting, audio).
• Operate a second camera (B‑Cam) to capture B‑roll, behind‑the‑scenes, and alternative angles.
• Ensure all gear is prepped and organized before and after shoots.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new series ideas and creative directions.
• Analyze video performance to improve future scripts and visual styles.
