Responsibilities
Develop engaging scripts, outlines, and storyboards for long‑form YouTube vlogs and short‑form vertical content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
Craft compelling "hooks" and narrative arcs to maximize viewer retention.
Research trending topics and viral formats to keep our IP content fresh and relevant.
Production support (on‑set): assist the lead videographer during shoots (setup, lighting, audio).
Operate a second camera (B‑Cam) to capture B‑roll, behind‑the‑scenes, and alternative angles.
Ensure all gear is prepped and organized before and after shoots.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new series ideas and creative directions.
Analyze video performance to improve future scripts and visual styles.
