DESCRIPTION: Are you passionate about helping others and being part of a vibrant community? Join us as a Library Assistant! You’ll help customers check out materials, register for library cards, and provide friendly service at the Check-out Desk. You’ll also contribute to a positive work culture and connect community members to resources.
We’re looking for someone with a strong commitment to public service, great interpersonal skills, and a friendly demeanor. If you’re efficient and passionate about helping others, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or two years of college preferred
- Clerical or public library experience preferred
- Experience with children in an educational or recreational setting preferred
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French is helpful
$20.7019 - $26.4239 per hour
