General Statement of Duties

This position is for the 2024-25 school year. The vacancy is open until filled. Temporary Board Substitute Teacher – Music.

Essential Duties

• Plan instructional activities for students
• Assess and maintain records of students' progress
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to promote student success
• Support the curriculum, academic and social needs of children

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on Education and a VA Teaching license preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Compensation

$254.72 per hour (Hourly/Temporary)
