What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop, edit, and maintain instructional content such as training manuals and e-learning materials
• Collaborate with engineers and subject‑matter experts to simplify complex technical concepts
• Assist the Capture team with government and commercial proposals and compliance documentation
• Create engaging customer materials that reflect the employer’s mission and capabilities
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring adherence to quality standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, training content development, or proposal development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF production tools
• Strong organizational and editing skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or space technology industries
• Familiarity with DoD, NASA, or IC proposal processes
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning content publishing
• Proficiency in documentation and content authoring tools such as Confluence or Articulate
• Understanding of the employer's mission areas, including SAR imaging and quantum-secure data delivery
