We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive documentation that supports our organization’s training and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write clear and concise policies and procedures.
• Manage and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Create a detailed training program based on established frameworks.
• Take thorough notes during high-priority meetings and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with team members to gather information and insights for documentation.
• Utilize Confluence (Atlassian) for documentation management and sharing.

Skills

• Proven experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing training programs or educational materials.
• Ability to lead documentation projects and mentor junior writers.
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and practices.
