The
Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing
supports the development and execution of enrollment marketing strategies by creating marketing plans, writing campaign content, implementing and tracking campaigns within Slate, and coordinating with internal marketing teams and external vendors. This role ensures timely and effective communication through email, print, and direct mail, manages vendor platforms, and responds promptly to strategic enrollment needs. The position operates fully in-house without travel and collaborates closely with enrollment and marketing leadership to advance institutional enrollment goals.
This is a full-time, 12 month, on-campus position.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development;
develop and contribute to annual enrollment marketing plans, coordinating closely with Enrollment and Marketing leadership; write and curate content for email, SMS, print, digital, web and other communications channels targeting prospective students and families; analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Campaign Implementation and Data Management;
implement and manage enrollment marketing campaigns through Slate CRM, including setup, testing, launch and tracking; pull and manage targeted mailing lists for campaigns and segmentation accuracy; prepare direct mail pieces in-house, including weekly admit packets and financial aid letters, ensuring accuracy
Vendor Relations and Platform Maintenance;
act as primary liaison with external marketing vendors, managing contracts, deliverables, and platform usage; maintain and troubleshoot vendor platforms used for marketing campaigns and data fulfillment; coordinate with internal Marketing team on design and collateral needs supporting enrollment initiatives
Strategic Enrollment Support and Response Actions;
monitor enrollment metrics and respond to immediate strategic marketing needs; collaborate with enrollment constituents to address challenges and implement tactical marketing solutions; provide timely updates, reports and recommendations on campaign effectiveness; collaboration on special projects
Requirements
Three years of progressive admissions experience; knowledge of enrollment marketing principles, CRM campaign management, digital and print communication strategies
Preference for experience with Slate CRM, data analysis, and coordinating vendors and internal teams
