KoningEizenberg is searching for an Intermediate Architect with strong BIM experience and 4-9 years of experience on a variety of construction and building types, including multifamily housing. The candidate must have an interest in integrating issues of constructability and code to achieve design intent.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist project teams with design studies and problem-solving
Construction documentation, including detail development and interest in the application of building and zoning codes
Consultant coordination
Support firm-wide technical coordination protocols
Qualifications/Expectations
A collaborative working style with strong communication skills (verbal, written, and graphic)
Ability to manage deadlines, calendars, and tasks
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Excel
Experience with Enscape, Sketchup, and/or Rhino preferred
Strong representation and/or rendering techniques preferred
Licensure preferred
Role Start Date: on or after October 1, 2025
Annual Salary: Negotiated based on experience; $80,000-110,000
Work Week: Full-time (in office, partial hybrid negotiable after 6 months)
