KoningEizenberg is a Santa Monica based team of architects, planners, and designers that actively engage social and physical context to make architecture that counts by amplifying opportunities hiding in plain sight. We are looking for a motivated person to support the office in the preparation of marketing / business development materials and day-to-day management, working in tandem with creative staff and leadership. The position offers extensive mentorship in visual and written communication and exposure to architectural practice, with opportunities for growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop marketing content including written & visual collateral for proposals, presentations, newsletters, project photoshoots, social media, exhibitions, and awards submissions Support business development through leads tracking, outreach documentation, and calendaring; identifying and attending key industry events Provide assistance to firm leadership for presentations, conferences, events, and travel Support office culture and organization, day-to-day and for special events Qualifications/Expectations
A collaborative working style with strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines, calendars, and tasks Demonstrated visual communication and/or graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), MS Office, and G Suite, Squarespace or similar web platform(s) Experience in proposal writing, layout, and/or publication for RFQ/RFP responses Familiarity in the production of other marketing materials preferred Role
Start Date: on or after October 1, 2025 Pay: based on experience; $26-40 hourly or negotiated annual salary Work Week: Full- or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week). If full-time, partial hybrid negotiable after 6 months Benefits include: Paid sick leave, 401k- Safe Harbor & Profit Sharing Plan, other benefits dependent on hours worked Direct Report: Rayne Laborde Ruiz, Associate, Director of Marketing and Business Development
