Senior Project Manager – Martech
to drive the implementation of platforms like
Adobe Campaign
and
Marketer Studio , building the foundation for data-driven, personalized customer engagement. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable MarTech solutions that power segmentation, automation, and campaign performance. You’ll bridge marketing strategy and technology—translating business goals into actionable project plans, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business value. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can confidently manage both people and platforms to drive customer-centric outcomes. What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end implementations of marketing technology platforms, including
Adobe Campaign (v7/v8)
and
Marketer Studio . Gather business requirements and translate them into clear project scopes, milestones, and deliverables. Build and manage detailed project plans—overseeing timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation. Partner with
Marketing, IT, Data/Analytics, and Engineering
to deliver seamless, integrated solutions. Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment on scope, performance, and contractual obligations. Oversee
UAT, training, go-live , and post-launch optimization to ensure adoption and business impact. Ensure
data governance, compliance, and integration
standards across all platforms and workflows. Monitor project KPIs, vendor SLAs, and report on outcomes to leadership. Stay ahead of MarTech trends, recommending new tools and process improvements that enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability. What You’ll Bring
5+ years of
project management experience
in
digital marketing or MarTech environments . Proven track record implementing
ESP
or
CMS
systems—experience with
Adobe Campaign
and
Marketer Studio
strongly preferred. Deep understanding of
marketing automation, CRM integrations, customer journeys, and personalization . Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Proficiency in
project management tools
(Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar). Experience managing
budgets, contracts, and vendor partnerships . Bonus Points For
PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification. Experience with additional platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Oracle Eloqua). Familiarity with
data privacy regulations
(GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on MarTech systems. Total Rewards
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 – $160,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and first-class benefits, which include: Health & wellness : Comprehensive and heavily subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans, plus on-site gym access, holistic wellness sessions, and group fitness classes Time for you : Substantial Paid Time Off (PTO), and 11 paid holidays- including Juneteenth, Memorial Day, and Labor Day – and Summer Fridays.
