Powering Real Work
About The Role We’re looking for a customer‑focused Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team — a hands‑on, data‑driven professional passionate about scalable automation and campaign excellence.
What You Will Do
Own end‑to‑end campaign execution in Customer.io — from setup and QA to deployment and reporting.
Build and optimise automated retention and expansion journeys that deliver measurable customer value.
Partner with Product Marketing to deliver product update messaging and related campaigns.
Manage lead flow and data integrity across Customer.io, Salesforce, and the broader martech stack.
Set up and manage webinar programmes, including integrations, automation workflows, and post‑event follow‑ups.
Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation strategies to improve engagement and performance.
Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to deliver integrated, high‑impact campaigns.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support martech evolution by evaluating new tools, integrations, and process improvements.
What We Are Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management within a B2B SaaS environment.
Advanced proficiency in Customer.io, including automation logic, segmentation, workflows, and reporting.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, campaign objects, lead management, and data flows.
Experience managing webinar or event automation tools (e.g., Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar).
Proven track record in building and refining retention programmes that drive measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting and translating campaign performance into actions.
Excellent communication, project management skills, and attention to detail.
Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
Familiarity with key martech platforms, including:
Marketing automation (Customer.io, Marketo, HubSpot)
CRM (Salesforce)
ABM / intent tools (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, etc.)
Nice to have: Understanding of SaaS funnel metrics — from MQL to ARR — and how to align marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
