Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the U.S. marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and accelerate product adoption
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, product marketing, content, and customer engagement
• Oversee new product launches, messaging, and positioning across the portfolio
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure aligned go-to-market execution
• Track campaign performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
• Drive strong relationships with KOLs, distributors, and key dental partners
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints
