Job Title: Community Manager

Contract Type: 4-6 Month Project-Based Contract
Location: Onsite - East Portland, OR
Schedule: Part-Time, 3-4 Days per Week (Monday-Friday)
Compensation: $26-$30 per hour, DOE
About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Community Manager to support a short-term project focused on winding down properties that are transitioning to a new ownership group. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and compliance during the transition period.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day property management activities for affordable housing communities.
  • Communicate effectively with residents regarding transition timelines and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to complete necessary tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the wind-down process.
  • Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager in affordable housing.
  • Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
