Job Purpose This role is focused on driving consideration and conversion through targeted, market‑specific campaigns and communications. The Campaign & Communications Manager will lead the delivery of product‑focused marketing activity across CRM, website, social media, and paid channels, with a strong emphasis on performance, audience segmentation, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, data‑driven, and skilled at building relationships across teams to deliver high‑impact, measurable campaigns. The purpose of the role is to plan, execute, and optimise product and market‑specific campaigns that support lead generation, nurture customer relationships, and enable sales teams.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and deliver targeted product and market‑specific campaigns across CRM, website, social media, and paid channels.
Own campaign performance reporting, including lead generation, conversion tracking, and ROI analysis.
Create and manage product collateral and sales enablement materials to support commercial teams.
Optimise CRM communications through segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
Work closely with sales, product, and digital teams to align campaign activity with business goals.
Support website content and landing‑page development to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
Manage paid media campaigns, particularly LinkedIn, including targeting, creative development, and reporting.
Deliver market‑specific communications that reflect audience needs and commercial priorities.
Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign strategy and execution.

Office presence required four days per week, with one day remote/flexible.

Liaise with your line manager to ensure you understand your objectives and goals.
Liaise and communicate with internal colleagues positively and proactively.
Ensure that internal and external communication is always professional, polite, informative, and helpful.
When dealing with difficult situations, seek guidance from your Line Manager.
Conduct yourself appropriately when representing the company in a professional or sociable environment.
Ensure there is no “overlap” during holidays to ensure Marketing remains operational.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or CRM communications.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, Events Management or a related field.
Experience
Proven track record of delivering lead‑generating campaigns and reporting on performance.
Experience working with CRM platforms, paid media tools, and website CMS.
Familiarity with sales enablement and product marketing in a B2B or B2C environment.
Skills and Abilities
Strong campaign planning and execution skills across digital and CRM channels.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially focused with a deep understanding of audience segmentation and funnel strategy.
Collaborative and confident working cross‑functionally with sales, product, and content teams.
Proficient in marketing tools including CRM, CMS, social media platforms, and analytics dashboards.
