Job Purpose To lead the development and execution of brand campaigns, public relations activity, and events that enhance brand visibility, strengthen reputation and drive engagement. This role encompasses the strategic planning and execution of brand campaigns across digital, print, social and experiential channels and managing brand presence through industry memberships, sponsorships, award submissions and association partnerships to strengthen credibility and visibility within key sectors.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and deliver brand campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential channels.
Manage PR activity, including media relations, press releases, and reputation management.
Plan and execute events such as product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and internal activations.
Oversee brand presence through industry memberships, sponsorships, awards, and association partnerships.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
Monitor and report on campaign, PR, and event performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Manage budgets and timelines across campaigns, PR initiatives, and events.
Build and maintain relationships with media, suppliers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Maintain office presence four days per week, with one day remote/flexible.

Ensure all internal and external communication is professional, polite, informative and helpful.
Seek guidance from line manager in difficult situations.

Prevent overlaps during holidays to keep marketing operational.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, PR, and event planning.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, Events Management or a related field.
Experience
Strong project‑management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and strategic thinking with keen eye for detail.
Experience in media relations and campaign analytics.
Comfortable working with agencies and managing external suppliers.
Skills And Abilities
Strong communication and storytelling across multiple channels.
Creative thinking with solid strategic and project‑management capabilities.
Confident collaboration with media, partners and internal stakeholders.
Skilled in campaign planning, PR execution and event delivery.
