Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that strengthen brand reputation and visibility. Create press releases, media alerts, talking points, executive bios, and other communication materials. Build, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, influencers, and industry partners. Proactively pitch story ideas, brand news, and features to relevant outlets. Manage incoming media requests, interview scheduling, and press correspondence. Oversee press events, media previews, influencer activations, and onsite PR opportunities. Monitor media coverage, track press performance, and provide reporting with insights. Ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across all communication channels. Requirements
3–7 years of experience in public relations, communications, social media, or content creation roles. Proven success securing media coverage and managing press relationships. Strong writing skills across PR, editorial, and social content formats. Experience creating short-form video and visual content for social platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and communication streams. Familiarity with tools such as Meltwater/Cision (PR), social media scheduling platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating both PR and social performance metrics. Preferred
Experience in entertainment, attractions, hospitality, tourism, or event-driven industries. Background executing influencer marketing programs. Photography and videography experience. Experience with crisis communication and reputation management. Understanding of SEO and digital content optimization.
