Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Irving, TX. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and curating FF&E to meet client specifications. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with architects, understanding architectural concepts, and applying innovative interior design solutions tailored to client needs. The role requires consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
5+ Years Successful Experience in Multi-Family, Hospitality or Corporate Design
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools Proficiency in Space Planning, Furniture Specifications and Interior Design
Strong understanding of Architecture and ability to collaborate with architectural professionals
Experience with Construction Drawings and ability to interpret technical documentation
Expertise in selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team environment
