Social Factor has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time, US-based, remote Digital Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible to oversee and optimize Social Factor

B2B marketing operations . This role is ideal for someone who loves both the creative and technical sides of digital marketing—someone who can design and deploy lead generation systems, write compelling content, and manage our digital presence with precision and curiosity. This role is pivotal in driving the creation of and managing the implementation of strategic marketing plans to support sales and marketing efforts.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team and trusted fractional creative resources to ensure that Social Factor’s marketing systems, content, and campaigns support growth goals, demonstrate thought leadership, and reflect our culture of authenticity and impact.

Responsibilities: Marketing Operations & Lead Flow

Manage and optimize

HubSpot

for inbound marketing—including form creation, workflows, email nurture campaigns, and contact segmentation.

Monitor and maintain

CRM data quality

and lead flow from website forms to sales follow-up.

Website & SEO

Oversee

WordPress

website updates, landing page creation, and basic UX improvements.

Implement and track

SEO and GEO-targeting

best practices to improve visibility and ranking.

Monitor and adjust

Google AdWords

and keyword performance to maximize ROI.

Content & Campaigns

Write and schedule

light content

such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates aligned with brand voice.

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns integrate smoothly across channels.

Analytics & Reporting

Use

Google Analytics , HubSpot, and related tools to track traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

5+years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B or agency environments.

Proficiency with

HubSpot Marketing Hub

and WordPress or similar (required).

Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

Strong writing and editing skills for digital content.

Comfortable with light HTML/CSS or marketing automation troubleshooting.

Highly organized, data-informed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
