What You'll Own Strategic Campaign Development
Partner with the TPO Marketing Manager and leadership team to craft breakthrough marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness and generate high-quality leads for our Wholesale Channel
Drive ROI-focused budget coordination and execution across all marketing initiatives
Content Creation Powerhouse
Design scroll-stopping content across social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and video content that resonates with mortgage brokers
Develop compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets that speak directly to the wholesale audience
Create campaigns that mortgage brokers actually want to engage with
Data-Driven Performance
Build and analyze comprehensive metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
Transform data insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business growth
Stay ahead of mortgage industry marketing trends and emerging technologies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work seamlessly with sales teams, leadership, and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Identify growth opportunities and develop tactical approaches to capture market share

Essential Qualifications What Makes You Perfect for This
2-4 years mortgage marketing experience (wholesale experience strongly preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative edge
Deep understanding of sales and marketing integration
Non-QM knowledge is a major plus – we want someone who gets the complexity
Salesforce experience preferred – help us leverage our CRM to its fullest potential
Public relations and media experience is a bonus

Pay Disclosure The starting base salary pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. The actual base is dependent on many factors, such as work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
