The Opportunity : Growth Marketing Coordinator
Reports To : Digital Marketing Director
Location : US - Remote
Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA with an office in New York, NY, Birdy Grey supports remote work for eligible roles. We ask that all employees travel to either office once a quarter. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
The Growth Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and optimization of our Paid Social channels, with opportunities to expand channel expertise, to help scale our overall marketing program. This person will partner with internal and external teams to ensure that each marketing channel aligns with current business and marketing needs. This role will involve cross-functional communication between Marketing, Brand, Creative, Tech, and Merchandising teams.
Scope Of Responsibilities
Support the Digital Marketing team's strategy, vision, and roadmap to generate high quality conversions via Paid Social channels
Manage day-to-day campaign operations of Paid Social marketing channels
Execute campaign and creative builds in-platform and align bidding and budget optimizations
Collaborate with creative partners on ad creative assets and ideation
Own ad creative request submissions
Keep internal stakeholders and vendors informed on project status and details
Implement testing initiatives in key areas such as creatives, ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and placements
Regularly analyze campaign performance, summarize learnings, and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams
Research and stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends
Partner with teams across the business to support new initiatives and build ideas for our own optimizations
Qualifications & Personal Attributes Education :
Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience / Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on key paid channels (e.g. Meta, Pinterest, Tiktok, Google)
Direct Paid Social hands-on campaign management experience required, including the ability to optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives based on performance data and deep understanding of campaign metrics
Foundational understanding of conversion tracking and pixel management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis to surface actionable insights
Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and / or escalation issues effectively
Hard working and eager to willing to roll sleeves up - no job is too big or too small
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment
Comfortable with ambiguity and take initiative to complete projects
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
