The HRA Executive Director is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the housing and redevelopment efforts of the City of Chisholm under the direction of the HRA Board. Primary responsibilities include managing the financial affairs of the Authority, overseeing maintenance of HRA-owned properties, staff development, and building collaborative relationships with constituents that promote the wise use of public funds to meet the community’s housing needs.
