Managing Editor

to join one of the world’s leading publishers of independent financial newsletters.

Are you someone who’s passionate about the art of writing and turning complicated financial ideas into clean, engaging stories?

We’re looking for an experienced Editor who’s constantly looking to answer the question:

How can I make this better?

Because here’s the thing: We love our readers. We want to bring them the best, most compelling financial research out there.

And as the Managing Editor, you’re key to making that happen.

If you are a go-getter who also happens to be a fantastic problem-solver, and love marketing as much as you love powerful content, let’s talk.

Responsibilities:

Run point on the editing of weekly services updates, webinars and trade alerts. Help research new ideas and write about them in an accessible way. Transform investment and editorial ideas into strongly written, stand‑alone content. Work with the marketing department to support and coordinate marketing efforts. Write and update research reports on an ongoing basis that fulfill our marketing efforts. Develop and maintain service communications and educational materials for subscribers. Work with the writer and managing editor to come up with new ways to engage subscribers and enhance their experience with the service.

Qualifications:

Personal and/or professional interest in economics, finance and investing. Relevant, professional work experience in either the editorial or investment world. Must be an avid reader and enjoy following global financial news. Must have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Must have an inquisitive mind and a solution‑oriented personality.

Compensation Range –

$70,000 - $80,000 USD

Location(s) & Work Arrangement –

Hunt Valley, MD / Hybrid
