Graphic Designer

to join our team in Hunt Valley.

Responsibilities

Use your typography skills to create compelling layouts that bring copy to life enhancing readability, intent, and emotional connection

Design engaging graphics for both digital and print media, including web page mockups, book covers, charts, and YouTube thumbnails

Collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure your designs elevate and integrate seamlessly into each project

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion especially under tight deadlines

Stay ahead of trends and technologies to bring fresh, cutting‑edge creativity to everything you do

Qualifications

2+ years of professional graphic design experience, primarily in digital media

A strong portfolio that shows off your creativity, layout precision, typography skills, and ability to translate ideas into stunning visual work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools

Comfortable working in a Mac‑based environment

Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, composition, and storytelling through visuals

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams

A self‑starter attitude, eagerness to grow, and a deep passion for design

Strong organizational skills and time management—you can juggle deadlines without dropping the ball

Compensation Range – $45,000 - $55,000 USD
