Job Description Our client, a fast‑growing BB SaaS company, is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own and scale the channels driving their next phase of growth. Your north star : generate more qualified opportunities through scalable, high‑performing channels.

You’ll lead strategy and execution across paid and emerging channels, evolving beyond traditional ABM into influencer, podcast, community, and AI‑driven growth plays. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a data‑driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution in a fast‑paced startup environment.

You’ll collaborate directly with top‑tier GTM advisors, including the former CMO of Ramp and Head of Paid Media at HubSpot, to refine and scale the company’s growth engine.

What You’ll Do

Own & Scale Channels: Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging paid acquisition channels (influencer, podcast, community).

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Run full‑funnel campaigns from segmentation and creative testing to landing page optimization and budget pacing.

Experiment & Innovate: Launch new growth bets that pair bold ideas with strong distribution and measurable results.

Optimize Funnels: Identify conversion bottlenecks and reallocate spend to the highest-performing channels.

Leverage AI: Build modern, AI‑powered systems and automations to drive efficiency, personalization, and performance.

Measure What Matters: Own analytics and attribution across all growth channels using tools like Looker, HubSpot, and HockeyStack.

Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Lead & Mentor: Build and scale a small, high‑performing growth marketing team.

What You Bring

Years of experience in growth or performance marketing within a BB SaaS environment.

Senior‑level marketing leader (Senior Growth Marketing Manager through Head of / VP).

Proven record of owning and scaling acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

Hands‑on with attribution and analytics tools—Looker, HubSpot, or HockeyStack.

Experience with AI‑driven marketing and automation to enhance quality and reduce costs.

Familiarity with ABM and full‑funnel campaign orchestration.

Strong analytical, storytelling, and copy‑writing skills.

A test‑and‑learn mindset and bias for execution.

Scrappy, data‑informed, and ready to build in a fast‑moving startup.
