About the Role The Company is in search of a VP, Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead the team responsible for all outbound execution, marketing operations, and campaign performance optimization. This senior role is pivotal for a B2B marketing leader with a strong background in precision execution, channel strategy, and operational rigor, all aimed at delivering measurable results and revenue impact. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and scaling the marketing engine, owning the execution strategy across various channels, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to drive growth and improve ROI. Key responsibilities include team and function leadership, setting the vision for channel strategy, and ensuring integrated delivery across all campaign elements. The role also involves owning the marketing tech stack, maintaining data integrity, and building a marketing analytics framework to track performance and drive optimization.

To excel in this position, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a management role focused on channel execution, marketing operations, or demand generation. A deep understanding of modern martech and data-driven marketing is essential, as is a proven track record of leading marketing teams across multiple channels and systems. The ideal candidate will be a strong cross-functional collaborator, an effective communicator, and a team builder with excellent project management and prioritization skills. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree being a plus. The role demands a leader who can operate with pace and precision in a growth-oriented environment, and who is adept at coaching, motivating, and elevating a team of high-performing individual contributors.
