You Will
Ideate, produce and design marketing materials across all touchpoints; present design concepts to internal stakeholders and external vendors and incorporate feedback
Design and produce brand‑aligned creative for digital, including web, national and local email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms
Design and produce brand‑aligned creative for print, including collateral, sourcebooks, mailers, brochures, packaging, and beyond
Ensure quality control across all design deliverables, including digital files, print materials, and product imagery; manage vendor relationships for print and production, ensuring production specs, proofs, and final files meet quality standards and brand requirements
Create branded materials for all launches, helping to define and visually articulate each collection’s unique identity while maintaining consistency with the overarching brand
Maintain and evolve brand standards, ensuring all visual communications reflect the company’s identity and aesthetic
Maintain organized asset libraries, design templates, and adapt creative across multiple formats and platforms (digital, print, display) for efficiency and consistency
Own post‑production of product photography, including color correction, retouching, and preparing images for digital and print use
Maintain templates, design libraries and asset archives
You Are/You Have
Strong portfolio demonstrating a refined aesthetic, storytelling ability, and brand leadership
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Figma, After Effects, and other platforms a plus
Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Able to balance hands‑on design execution with high‑level creative thinking
Strong knowledge of both digital and print production processes
Deep understanding of the luxury consumer mindset and brand alignment strategy
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high‑quality output
Strong interest in staying abreast of emerging design trends, tools and technologies and applying them where appropriate
