EyeBio
Associate Director, US Marketing Immunology, Patient Support Strategy & Effectiv
EyeBio, North Wales, Pennsylvania, United States
Job Description
Our company is dedicated to delivering innovations that extend and improve the lives of patients worldwide. Our team of dauntless, forward‑thinking individuals achieves this through an unwavering commitment to supporting accessibility to medicine, providing new therapeutic options, and collaborating with governments and payers to ensure that people who need medicines have access to them.
We have a proud legacy of developing novel therapeutics for people with immune‑mediated inflammatory diseases and autoimmune‑related disorders. With an advanced understanding of human biology, there has been an emergence of innovative medicines and new modalities that aim to change the way we approach treatment for immune disorders. Our scientists are investigating ways to modulate TL1A to potentially address inflammation and fibrosis associated with inflammatory bowel disease. Our scientists are investigating tumor necrosis factor‑like ligand 1A (TL1A), which has been shown to be increased in inflamed intestinal tissue and in the systemic circulation of patients with IBD.
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic inflammatory condition affecting the digestive tract and impacting nearly three million people in the U.S. Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are two of the most common forms of IBD. The unpredictable symptoms associated with IBD, which may include diarrhea, abdominal pain, unintended weight loss and fatigue, often create emotional and social challenges for those impacted.
Role Overview The role will be responsible for Patient Support Program Marketing across the Immunology portfolio. This position will report to the Director, US Marketing Patient Support. The Associate Director will shape the foundational PSP planning and strategy for a significant anticipated launch in Immunology. This role will collaborate deeply and partner with internal and external stakeholders to define go‑to‑market plans for the PSP.
The Associate Director, U.S. Marketing, Patient Support Strategy & Effectiveness is responsible for shaping the patient experience to support patients starting and staying on their prescribed treatment. This role drives the strategic planning, design, and continuous evolution of the PSP by integrating customer insights, pain points and operational learnings into clear strategic priorities and program enhancements. This individual will collaborate across the enterprise to ensure that strategic decisions and investments are guided by actionable insights and a comprehensive understanding of the patient experience.
The Associate Director will partner closely with cross‑functional partners and peers to align on strategic planning, launch readiness, and continuous evolution of PSP strategy, ensuring data‑driven insights inform end‑to‑end program design and execution.
The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of patient support models, and the ability to translate insights into recommendations that improve the patient support program design and effectiveness.
This role is responsible for providing input on the design of the Immunology programs, and for ongoing feedback on how to improve these programs for patients, based on appropriate criteria and considerations, and will not be responsible for the implementation, execution, and day‑to‑day operation of these PSPs. The implementation, execution, and day‑to‑day operation of the MAP and the PAP will continue to reside with CEI and Corporate Responsibility, respectively, and will remain subject to all existing policies and SOPs on the appropriate use, interaction with, and separation from the sales and marketing functions.
