Marketing Coordinator
Location: Torrance, CA
Reporting To: Director of Brand

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a hands‑on role in bringing our brand to life — collaborating across teams, owning key projects, and helping fuel our expansion into new products, categories, and future brands. Key Responsibilities Brand Communications & Media
Support all brand communication activities, media strategies, and activations (social media, website, PR, experiential) to ensure successful brand and product launches.
Monitor and report on industry, competitive, and social media trends to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies and campaign planning.
Assist in creative development by organizing brainstorms, compiling inspiration decks, and managing feedback rounds with agencies and internal teams.
Manage the social media content calendar; coordinate with creative agencies to ensure timely deliverables.
Identify and manage brand partnerships, giveaways, and influencer collaborations to drive awareness and engagement.
Trade Marketing
Assist in developing shopper marketing programs in collaboration with sales planning for sampling, merchandising, and secondary placements.
Drive execution and project management of trade activities for consistency with brand strategy.
Support trade shows and experiential events, including planning, logistics, setup, and on‑site representation.
Innovation & New Product Development
Coordinate product testing logistics and compile consumer feedback to support product refinements.
Manage packaging artwork timelines, legal/claims reviews, and cross‑functional alignment for new product launches.
Support omni‑channel go‑to‑market campaigns for new products.
Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce
Assist in optimizing content for retailer websites (SEO, product descriptions, imagery) and ensure brand consistency across digital shelves.
Coordinate paid media campaigns (search, social, programmatic) and monitor performance.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (social engagement, influencer ROI, shopper program effectiveness) and prepare reports.
CRM & Loyalty Programs
Support email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Assist in developing loyalty or subscription programs to drive repeat purchase.
Marketing Operations
Manage marketing operations processes, including project approval routing, vendor setup, and coordination with Accounting for timely invoice processing.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in CPG with familiarity in grocery and mass retail channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, influencer platforms).
Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, Instacart) and retail media networks.
Basic data analysis skills and ability to interpret performance dashboards.
Creative thinker with strong brand storytelling and content development skills; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken.
Highly entrepreneurial and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Occasional travel required.
Salary Range $70k~75k
