Overview
TrailerCraft is now accepting applications for a Parts Warehouse Associate at the Anchorage branch. Responsibilities This position maintains a clean, safe warehouse environment and supports parts operations throughout the dealership.
Complete check‑in, put‑away and pulling of parts.
Track, document and ensure availability of parts for retail, wholesale, export, and service departments.
Organize warehouse inventory (parts, cores, equipment) and maintain accurate records.
Provide back‑up for parts deliveries and the parts counter.
Assist with inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and cycle counting.
Occasional fill‑in for parts delivery driver.
Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2–3 years of warehouse experience preferred (but not required).
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Computer proficiency and clean driving record (to meet insurability standards).
Skills and Abilities
Professional, safety‑mindful, and detail oriented.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and work independently or as part of a team.
Able to work with minimal supervision and direction.
Job Conditions Physical Demands
– Regular lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to and exceeding 75 lbs. Includes climbing, stretching, reaching, bending, squatting, walking, and stairs.
Environment
– Indoors with occasional outdoor duties in a shop/warehouse setting with expected noise, odors, moving mechanical parts, and vehicles.
Hours
– Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
