We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Growth Marketing Strategy with a strong emphasis on AI. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a data-driven marketing strategy that covers the entire customer lifecycle—from brand awareness to acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. You will leverage AI and advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, personalization, and attribution, to enhance marketing performance and drive significant revenue growth. Your expertise will guide omnichannel campaigns, encompassing paid media, SEO / SEM, account-based marketing (ABM), content development, email outreach, and events. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, data science, and MarTech, to implement scalable marketing solutions, ensure effective data integration, and provide actionable insights in real time. As a leader, you will build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, establish clear KPIs, and develop dashboards to monitor the full-funnel impact of our initiatives. Continuous improvement will be key, as you apply experimentation and agile methodologies to refine our strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive experience in growth marketing or digital strategy roles, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to harnessing AI or MarTech transformations for full-funnel success. Proven experience in creating predictive marketing ecosystems that deliver direct revenue outcomes is essential. Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense is highly desirable. Strong leadership capabilities, coupled with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, are crucial for driving change in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, while an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Travel Percent Less than 10% Functions
