Event & Campaign Marketing Specialist Commend Americas is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Event & Campaign Marketing Specialist to take charge of our trade show and event portfolio. You’ll be the driving force behind large‑scale industry shows, regional events, and integrated campaigns that boost brand visibility, engage partners, and generate sales opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Strategic Accounts, you’ll manage everything from event strategy and logistics to campaign performance and data‑driven improvements. If you love turning plans into polished experiences and using metrics to make the next one even better, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Plan and Execute Events: Own end‑to‑end coordination of major trade shows, partner events, and regional activations — from booth design and vendor management to onsite execution.

Deliver Campaigns that Convert: Build integrated campaigns around events, including landing pages, social posts, email sequences, and sales enablement content that drive awareness and leads.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure event messaging, demos, and materials align with business goals and market opportunities.

Track, Measure & Optimize: Use HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital analytics to measure engagement, lead quality, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations to refine campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.

Champion the Brand: Ensure every event and campaign reflects our premium brand experience — from visuals and messaging to on‑site execution and follow‑up communications.

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event management, or sales enablement roles.

Proven success managing trade shows and multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable results.

Strong project management and organizational skills — you know how to juggle multiple timelines with precision.

Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to visual and brand consistency.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Bonus

Familiarity with security, public safety, or communications industries.

Experience managing booth design or working directly with fabrication vendors.

Previous experience with partner marketing and co‑branded campaign development.

Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to innovate within a fast‑paced, scaling organization.
