Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Planning : Conduct learning needs analyses and create comprehensive learning plans to support IT adoption and end-user satisfaction.
Learning Experience Design : Partner with IT teams and stakeholders to design blended learning experiences, including live sessions, eLearning modules, and on‑demand resources.
Content Development : Develop accessible, engaging instructional content for non‑technical audiences, including facilitator guides, job aids, and presentation materials.
eLearning Development : Build interactive eLearning content using
Articulate Rise
and
Storyline 360 , ensuring seamless integration with internal Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Video Production : Create instructional and promotional videos, including scripting, editing, and recording professional‑quality voiceovers.
Facilitation & Delivery : Deliver live or virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) sessions for global audiences, using interactive approaches to maximize engagement and retention.
Project Management : Manage multiple learning projects concurrently to ensure on‑time, high‑quality deliverables aligned with organizational priorities.
Measurement & Evaluation : Implement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and data‑driven evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness and identify improvements.
