Job Description The Marriott Co-brand Marketing Senior Associate plays a vital role in achieving new account growth targets by overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns within the Co-brand organization of Card Services, part of Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group. This position focuses on developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, enhancing capabilities, and driving innovation across multiple channels. The role involves day-to-day campaign execution, strategic planning, reporting, and collaboration to optimize conversion funnels and improve targeting. You will contribute to the strategic roadmap, create test‑and‑learn scenarios, and work with digital teams to deliver results.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow accounts for the Marriott portfolio through innovation and capabilities enhancements.

Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, planning, and reporting.

Create and manage a strategic roadmap for marketing initiatives.

Optimize the conversion funnel and create test‑and‑learn scenarios.

Collaborate with digital capabilities teams to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

3+ years of marketing experience.

2+ years’ experience marketing campaign operations with a customer‑first mindset.

2+ years’ experience managing relationships with vendors or partners.

Knowledge of proper test constructs and measurement techniques.

Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail.

2+ years’ experience managing a diverse and dispersed set of stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong business and marketing acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to express ideas confidently and clearly.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

College degree preferred.

Experience creating online customer experiences that drive conversion growth.
