Responsible for monitoring SEO titles, thumbnail creation and timely delivery of VOD content, while driving channel growth through digital analytics and efficient editing workflows. Responsibilities
Screen soccer content to identify key moments for YouTube videos and focus on monetization and channel growth Develop video editors to produce polished content Write engaging, SEO‑friendly copy for YouTube videos Provide creative direction for thumbnails to increase viewership Maintain a consistent delivery schedule for Paramount+ VOD content Collaborate with league representatives to meet VOD requirements Read trends and analytics to implement growth strategies Manage a team of video editors Basic Qualifications
3+ years of production experience Additional Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Experience leading teams and managing performance Strong interpersonal skills and quick pivoting to changing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Deep understanding of YouTube editing best practices Proven success building a YouTube channel or brand Strong soccer knowledge of competitions covered by Paramount+ and CBS Sports What We Offer
