What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop, edit, and maintain instructional content such as training manuals and e-learning materials
Collaborate with engineers and subject‑matter experts to simplify complex technical concepts
Assist the Capture team with government and commercial proposals and compliance documentation
Create engaging customer materials that reflect the employer’s mission and capabilities
Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring adherence to quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in technical writing, training content development, or proposal development
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF production tools
Strong organizational and editing skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in aerospace, defense, or space technology industries
Familiarity with DoD, NASA, or IC proposal processes
Knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning content publishing
Proficiency in documentation and content authoring tools such as Confluence or Articulate
Understanding of the employer's mission areas, including SAR imaging and quantum-secure data delivery
