We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for our next-generation MES platform and AI-powered digital workforce, Max AI. This role is central to how we position, package, and promote our expanding portfolio—from foundational MES capabilities to breakthrough features like MaxAI, KnowledgeHub, and ShopPulse. You’ll work across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption, win new logos, and enable our team with compelling, data-backed narratives. Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging:

Develop differentiated messaging that highlights MachineMetrics’ unique ability to combine real-time machine data with business systems for faster time-to-value. Product Launches:

Drive cross-functional product launches, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are enabled with the right collateral, demos, and training. Sales Enablement:

Build content and tools (battlecards, ROI calculators, pitch decks) to equip the GTM team with everything needed to close deals and expand accounts. Market Intelligence:

Conduct competitive analysis on players like Redzone, Tulip, and Siemens to inform strategy and positioning. Customer Insights:

Work with the Product and CS teams to translate voice-of-customer into actionable insights for roadmap and campaign development. Content Creation:

Produce case studies, one-pagers, blog posts, and thought leadership aligned to MachineMetrics’ Production Intelligence vision and AI roadmap. Campaign Strategy:

Partner with demand gen to craft targeted campaigns, especially in verticals where ERP integration and modular MES deployment are key buying criteria. Requirements

3–7 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in manufacturing tech or industrial automation. Strong understanding of the manufacturing software ecosystem (ERP, MES, IIoT). Proven experience launching products and creating compelling value propositions. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; ability to translate technical features into business value. Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; experience supporting both new logo acquisition and customer expansion. Experience enabling enterprise sales teams with collateral and competitive intel. Bonus: Familiarity with discrete manufacturing, AI/ML in industrial settings, or digital transformation.
