Performance Marketing Analyst – NexCore Group
The Performance Marketing Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive NexCore Group’s marketing strategy across all business verticals, including healthcare, life sciences, senior living, and real estate investment. This individual will be responsible for analyzing audience demographics, campaign performance, digital engagement metrics, and SEO data to help optimize marketing effectiveness, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and curious, with a strong ability to translate complex data into meaningful narratives and recommendations for the Marketing and Executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels (digital, social, email, website, paid, and events).
Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Identify trends and patterns in marketing performance and provide data‑backed recommendations for optimization.
Partner with the marketing and business development teams to evaluate campaign ROI and audience reach across NexCore’s verticals.
Analyze audience demographics, psychographics, and behavioral data to inform content strategy and targeting.
Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark NexCore’s visibility and positioning within healthcare, real estate, life sciences, and senior living markets.
Support segmentation and persona development for targeted communications and campaigns.
Synthesize insights into executive‑ready reports to guide strategic decision‑making.
Monitor website traffic, rankings, and keyword performance through Google Analytics and SEO tools.
Provide monthly SEO reports with actionable insights to improve site visibility and performance.
Collaborate with web and creative teams to optimize content, structure, and metadata for organic search growth.
Track and analyze engagement with digital content such as blogs, case studies, and press releases.
Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to marketing, business development, and leadership teams.
Present complex data in a clear and compelling visual format for executive audiences.
Partner with IT and CRM stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integration, and usability across systems.
Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Vertical Leadership teams to align insights with strategic objectives.
Support campaign planning and budgeting by providing data‑driven forecasts and scenario analyses.
Contribute to thought leadership efforts by providing data insights that strengthen NexCore’s storytelling and market positioning.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
3‑5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or digital marketing.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.), and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution modeling, and reporting best practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in real estate, healthcare, or B2B professional services industries is a plus.
Highly analytical and inquisitive, with a passion for uncovering insights.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and growing organization.
Collaborative team player who can partner across functions.
Able to balance data precision with storytelling and business impact.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $70,000–$95,000 per year.
Eligible for discretionary benefits: performance bonus target 10%.
