Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales and Marketing at Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park, located in Plano, TX. The Director of Sales and Marketing will oversee and implement sales strategies, manage sales operations, lead a team to drive business development efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role includes developing marketing plans, building and maintaining client relationships, setting and achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Previous hospitality industry experience is a plus
