Responsibilities
- Own the full CRO roadmap including hypotheses, prioritization, KPIs, testing velocity, analysis, and rollout.
- Lead all A/B testing through Shoplift including setup, QA, monitoring, and analysis.
- Maintain a centralized library of testing insights and recommendations.
- Own UX across PDP, PLP, navigation, filtering, landing pages, and checkout on both mobile and desktop.
- Conduct behavioral analysis using heatmaps, scroll maps, click maps, and session recordings.
- Deliver UX recommendations tied to conversion, engagement, and product discovery improvements.
- Own search strategy including ranking rules, synonyms, facets, filters, and search tuning within Algolia.
- Analyze search queries to identify content gaps, friction, and new opportunities.
- Own SEO strategy including technical SEO, metadata strategy, internal linking, schema direction, and crawlability in partnership with development.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic through UX and content improvements.
- Deliver weekly funnel readouts including PDP engagement, PLP performance, add to cart, checkout progression, and conversion by device.
- Partner with Analytics to ensure proper tracking, tagging, and events for behavior analysis.
- Own rollout, UX placement, integration, and testing strategy for the Fit Predictor tool.
- Measure impact on conversion, return rate, and customer experience.
- Translate return reason data into PDP and PLP UX improvements, fit notes, size guidance, and attribute updates.
- Partner with Merchandising, Creative, CRM, Paid, and Site Operations to align UX priorities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Five to eight years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, ecommerce product management, or a related digital role.
- Hands‑on experience with experimentation platforms such as Shoplift, Optimizely, Convert, or VWO.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with GA4 and behavioral analytics tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, or Contentsquare.
- Proven ability to design and interpret experiments with statistical rigor and turn insights into clear UX recommendations.
- Deep understanding of mobile‑first UX best practices for ecommerce.
- Experience collaborating with designers and developers to bring UX concepts to life.
- Comfort presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
