We’re seeking a full-stack Growth and Events Marketer to build and scale Enrich’s marketing engine. Our growth strategy hinges on LinkedIn as the halo, and uses virtual and IRL events to offer a taste of Enrich and convert prospects to members. This is a strategic, hands‑on role. You’ll partner closely with our CEO to grow awareness, drive demand, and improve conversion across every channel we operate. This is an SF based role for folks who like a high‑velocity workplace.
Events Growth & Conversion
- Ensure our online and IRL events attract prospective ICPs.
- Own pre‑ and post‑event communication flows.
- Manage the process for converting prospects to deals from events.
Marketing Automation & GTM Systems
- Own HubSpot as our unified CRM + marketing automation platform.
- Build automated nurture, follow‑up, referral, and lifecycle workflows to reduce manual work and shorten sales cycles.
- Implement lead scoring, funnel hygiene rules, and reporting to bring predictability to the sales process.
Content & Brand
- Draft Enrich Insights, our weekly insights email derived from events and expert conversations.
- Ghostwrite and support LinkedIn content for our CEO working alongside an agency.
- Write or edit marketing copy for email, landing pages, event promotions, and website updates.
- Scale Enrich’s referral engine, including dinner “plus one” programs, onboarding asks, and incentives.
- Build automated tracking and follow‑ups to ensure referral opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.
Cross‑functional Ops & Leadership
- Partner closely with the CEO on weekly pipeline reviews, funnel improvements, and strategic priorities.
- Work with the operations team to uplevel dinner experiences and convert attendees more effectively.
- Continually look for processes that can be automated, streamlined, or improved.
Qualifications
- 5 years of marketing experience
- Proven experience operating HubSpot and building automated workflows (or evidence that you’ve easily picked up new tools along the way)
- Excellent writer with a strong ability to craft compelling emails, posts, and landing pages.
- Strong familiarity with the tech industry and audiences of product, engineering, and technical leaders.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive — you love bringing order to chaos.
- Comfortable working directly with a founder/CEO in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Airtable, Slack, Notion, and LinkedIn.
- Scrappy, experiment‑driven mindset; excited to start small and iterate.
- Ability to be in‑person 4 days a week.

Compensation
$100,000 - $125,000 annual salary.
