What This Role Is
This is a unique opportunity for someone who's part B2B podcast host , part roundtable facilitator , and part business journalist . You'll be helping us lead strategic conversations with professionals, operators, and founders who are exploring or already deep into AI transformation.
You’ll guide these people - not pitch them - through curated interview‑style discussions that are as valuable for them as they are for us. These conversations may take the form of small roundtables, 1:1 interviews, or even casual "backstage" chats that help unlock potential collaborations, partnerships, and long‑term relationships.
This role is about sparking meaningful business conversations and creating a rhythm of connection and follow‑up that drives awareness, interest, and community - without pressure, pitching, or transactional tactics.
You’ll be at the front lines of our human‑first approach to demand generation.
What You’ll Actually Do
Every week, you’ll help us host and facilitate roundtables and 1:1 interview‑style calls (some recorded, some not), featuring business professionals who are working through challenges tied to AI, operations, growth, and transformation.
You’ll reach out and invite them in – via LinkedIn, email, or warm intros. Then you’ll prep them, lead the conversation, and create a space where people want to open up, collaborate, and return for more.
After the conversation, you’ll help guide what happens next. Whether it’s introducing them to others in our community, helping them find the next step in their AI journey, or identifying potential collaboration opportunities – you’ll be part of that “drumbeat” of value and follow‑through.
You’ll also help manage the systems that support these conversations: simple drip campaigns, scheduling flows, and light data tracking to keep the cadence alive and human.
This Role Isn’t For You If…

You know how to host a conversation - not dominate it. You’re the guide, not the guru. The one who helps people uncover what they already know, and introduces them to people or ideas that help them move forward.
You have a genuine interest in AI (even if you're not an expert yet), and you're hungry to learn the landscape. You want to build something meaningful and get in early on a fast‑growing motion.
