Bring your podcasting, roundtable hosting, and strategic community engagement skills and lead the way. What This Role Is This is a unique opportunity for someone who is part B2B podcast host, part roundtable facilitator, and part business journalist. You’ll help us lead strategic conversations with professionals, operators, and founders exploring or deeply immersed in AI transformation. You’ll guide these people—without pitching—through curated, interview‑style discussions that are valuable for both them and us. These conversations may take the form of small roundtables, 1:1 interviews, or casual backstage chats that unlock potential collaborations and long‑term relationships. What You’ll Actually Do Host and facilitate weekly roundtables and 1:1 interview‑style calls (some recorded, some not) featuring business professionals working through AI‑related challenges. Reach out and invite participants via LinkedIn, email, or warm introductions. Prep participants, lead the conversation, and create a space where people want to open up, collaborate, and return for more. Guide what happens next—introductions within the community, next steps in their AI journey, or potential collaboration opportunities—to keep the value cycle rolling. Manage supporting systems: simple drip campaigns, scheduling flows, and light data tracking to keep the cadence human and effective. This Role Isn’t For You If… You’re seeking a traditional sales role with quotas and closing pressure. You’re uncomfortable being on camera or leading group conversations. You prefer strict scripts over organic conversations. You need to be the expert in every room. You’d rather work solo than build long‑term relationships.
