Demand Generation & GTM Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, and content syndication.
  • Support product launches and strategic initiatives by aligning GTM plans with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies that resonate with key audiences.
  • Conduct market research to uncover customer pain points and competitive insights that inform campaign direction.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.
  • Partner with design and content teams to produce high-impact assets (e.g., landing pages, ads, emails).
  • Continuously test and iterate on campaign components to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing managers to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
  • Coordinate with sales to streamline lead handoff and gather feedback on campaign quality.
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to develop materials that highlight product value and customer benefits.
  • Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth rollout of integrated marketing efforts.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign metrics including lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Use tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to track lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership for ongoing optimization.

Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

  • Manage affiliate programs including partner onboarding, performance tracking, and commission structures.
  • Identify and activate influencers across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, blogs) aligned with brand goals.
  • Drive recruitment through outreach, events, and referrals, and support partners through campaign execution and content strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in demand generation, GTM execution, or partnership marketing — ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or digital marketplaces.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and tracking tools (Everflow, Stripe, Meta, Google, YouTube).
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-starter with strategic thinking and executional agility.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Ana, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $83,000.00/yr.

Based on eligibility, offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave and other great benefits.
