Trade Marketing – Project Manager

GENERAL FUNCTION This role supports trade marketing initiatives with a specialized focus on
finance, logistics, cross-functional coordination, and digital transformation . Responsibilities include managing a dual-market
CAPEX/OPEX budget
(U.S. & Canada), coordinating vendor activities during an RFP process, and helping transition from Excel-based tracking to a centralized project management platform.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Daily management of U.S. and Canada
trade marketing CAPEX/OPEX budgets Cross-functional coordination with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing Support vendor operations and workflow optimization during an RFP consolidation Assist in defining and documenting requirements for a new project management tool Monitor logistics and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets
TOP MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Experience managing
complex CAPEX/OPEX budgets Strong vendor management experience Cross-functional project coordination (Finance, IT, Marketing) High proficiency in Excel , with advanced spreadsheet capability Experience supporting
digital tools or platform implementation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field 3+ years
in finance, trade marketing, logistics, or marketing operations Demonstrated CAPEX/OPEX budget management Strong Excel skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage shifting priorities
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree required 3–5 years
relevant experience in finance, logistics, or marketing operations
