- Develop and implement marketing communications strategies to support business goals and enhance brand presence.
- Create and manage marketing assets, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Represent the company at industry events and manage on-site logistics for trade shows and conferences.
- Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices to marketing strategies.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in agriculture or industrial technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage marketing programs end-to-end with minimal supervision ("soup to nuts" execution after initial briefing).
- Strong understanding of marketing communications principles and full-funnel strategies, with demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth at various stages of the buyer journey (examples with outcomes required).
- Experience executing cross-business-unit marketing campaigns and collaborating across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with industrial technology or agriculture industry trends.
- Experience leveraging multiple marketing platforms and tactics collectively for integrated campaigns.
- Creative and analytical mindset with curiosity to identify patterns and insights.
