Key Responsibilities

  • Lead briefing, concept, design, & execution of cross‑channel initiatives for brand clients.
  • Provide creative direction & feedback to ensure work aligns with client objectives & strategy.
  • Partner with account & strategy teams to clarify strategic brief, deliverables, timelines, and client needs.
  • Participate in client meetings/presentations and develop client relationships.
  • Collaborate with account and production teams to maintain budgets and ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Set high creative standards and influence agency initiatives.
  • Develop junior talent with consistent feedback, mentorship, and model behavior.
  • Stay current on creative trends, award shows, and industry best practices.
  • Leverage technology, design software, and digital tools to enhance creative processes.
  • Infuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns based on pop culture and social media trends.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of industry experience in a well‑established creative role.
  • Agency experience across all channels.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing relevant category experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing large client‑facing teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for the beauty category.

Benefits & Location

Base salary range: $75,000 — $180,000 USD.

Hybrid model with required in‑office days. Availability for accommodations and flexibility discussed during interview.
