We’re looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented Creative Marketing Coordinator to join the Arrae team in Los Angeles.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Copy & Creative Strategy across copywriting, creative concepting, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate has a natural eye for storytelling, a pulse on what’s trending in culture and wellness, and the ability to flex between creative and analytical thinking. One day you’ll be writing an email about gut health — the next, you’ll be concepting ad campaigns or digging into category research to help shape our next big launch.

Core Responsibilities

Copy & Creative

  • Write and edit copy across multiple channels, including email, blog, web, paid ads, and organic content.
  • Adapt brand voice across platforms — from cheeky, conversational storytelling to concise, conversion-driven copy.
  • Assist in building and editing UGC-style ad content, using tools like CapCut or similar to cut clips, add captions, and assemble final assets for paid ads.
  • Support creative briefing for ads and campaigns, helping translate product insights into fresh, performance-minded ideas.

Research & Strategy Support

  • Conduct competitive and category research to help support product positioning and audience strategy.
  • Track industry trends and audience insights to help reach new markets and inspire fresh creative angles.
  • Assist in preparing campaign briefs, creative recaps, and insights decks as needed.

Project Coordination

  • Help manage the creative production process, collaborating with designers and media buyers to ensure ad assets are organized, named correctly, and delivered on time.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Have 1–2 years of experience (internships or part-time roles count) in marketing, copywriting, or creative.
  • Are currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Have strong writing and editing skills, and can adapt tone for different channels with ease.
  • Can edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut or similar.
  • Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Have a genuine interest in wellness, storytelling, and digital marketing.
  • Are based in Los Angeles and available for a hybrid schedule (some in-person work required).
