What Youāll Do
š„ Be the OnāCamera Face of Our Brands
- Film TikToks, Reels, YouTube videos, Stories, and short educational clips
- Host Q&As, explainers, student tips, and behindātheāscenes content
- Engage authentically with followers in comments, DMs, and livestreams
- Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and Google Business
- Build and execute a monthly content calendar
- Stay on top of trends and use them to grow reach and engagement
- Create posts, graphics, short videos, and stories daily
- Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all platforms
- Produce photo and video assets showcasing student stories and university partners
- Collaborate with creative partners and contractors as needed
- Work closely with CRM & Paid Media Coordinator to align organic and paid strategies
- Monitor analytics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Report on engagement, reach, conversions, and content performance
š Community Engagement & Reputation Management
- Participate in student groups on Reddit, Facebook, and TikTok communities
- Guide prospective students by answering questions and providing resources
- Monitor brand mentions and respond professionally
What Weāre Looking For
- 2ā4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting video content
- Strong video creation and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
- Experience managing multiple social platforms and content calendars
- Understanding of analytics tools and online engagement strategies
- Bonus: experience in international education, higher ed, or multicultural marketing
- Bonus: experience with paid ad campaigns
- Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot or CRMādriven campaigns
