Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate multi‑discipline project teams throughout the project life cycle (from development and initiation to close‑out).
- Lead complex small to medium projects or routine large projects, producing and coordinating several projects concurrently.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
- Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in collaboration with staff and stakeholders.
- Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project life cycle to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Track financial aspects of projects, adjust work effort with the team to stay within budget and schedule parameters.
- Work with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
- Implement QA/QC procedures and perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and interest in sustainable design/LEED.
- PMP certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
- Minimum 7‑year project management experience.
- Registered Architect or Professional Engineer.
- Ability to lead a team on projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- Good planning and mentoring skills.

Benefits
Expected compensation range depends on skills, experience, education, and geographical location. Minnesota: $82,754 – $153,686 (Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions. Temporary and part‑time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
